Hello! I tried to install firmware 3.0 on my drive, but as I already found out, it was not supported. And of course, I did not make a backup.
I found posts about recovery, but I cannot understand what exactly I need to do. Can you please help?

Thanks for responding. I tried flashing my drive to WH16NS60_1.00, but I got an error:
