WP50NB40 Help

Hello. I am new to ripping and just bought the WP50NB40-NB52. I have tired a few of the guides on here to enable 4K ripping. The two of the 4K movies I have will not read/decrypt. I'm afraid of keep flashing my drive cause I don't wanna brick it. Any help would be appreciated.

Flashing isn't being asked for: The key to the disk isn't known to your machine yet, and it cannot download the latest keys to find it.
Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.

Any recommendations on fixing? Can I download the HK file?
