UHD Pioneer drive

Can someone pls help I have been running into this problem for a while now and have not been able to figure it out

You do not have a UHD-compatible drive. Any Pioneer with a BIOS date after November 2022 will only do DVD and BD.

That is not what Pioneer said in fact they sent me a download to check and the drive is apparently working fine

And yet, it has a firmware date after 12/01/2022, which means it won't work with anything but their approved software, which is no longer sold. Funny how that works.

Sadly nothing it will have to be returned.
