Revert Firmware on Pioneer BDR-XD07UHD?

I have a Pioneer BDR-XD07UHD that had 1.03 firmware. I encountered some trouble ripping a disc and upgraded the firmware from Pioneer's site to 1.05. I hadn't explored this Forum before and so didn't fully research. Usually when devices aren't working, update the firmware/drivers. Anyway, it used to open and rip 4K Blu-rays, but now it doesn't. (Thus the warning you all include about updating Pioneer drives, my bad, kicking myself). Is there a way to reset it to factory/original firmware or otherwise get it working again to rip 4K Blu-rays?

Unfortunately, I don't think so. Pioneer firmware update February 2023

Hopefully MakeMKV will be updated to support current Pioneer firmware.
