sorry man no way to flash that just return it and get a pioneer with old fw from a seller in your region

Not going to do UHD. Locked out by Pioneer. All Pioneer firmware after 12/22/2022 is blocked from allowing UHD except with software approved by Pioneer, and MakeMKV isn't it.

Yours is f...d since the firmware is newer than Dec. 2022.
