if you use makemkv integration it will be region free

i just tried to rip bluray and it worked without firmware downgrade on wh16ns60 also this drive is reading uhd disk natively. how is this possible?

rip a UHD disc it wont
you can rip everything but UHD without the drive being flashed including regular blurays
the WH16NS60 is an official UHD drive why would it not be able to read UHD discs?
