BW-16D1HT won't read the very latest discs

Current error:

Then i washed the disc!! popped it in the new drive and after 3 attempts to read it, i am currently ripping it. (hope it completes)

Those are not errors but rather harmless debug statements. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble but you're doing a great job of troubleshooting and dealing with it!
