Other 4k UHD titles rip just fine.

Other 4k UHD titles rip just fine.

Could be 3 main things dirty disk , bad disk, bad drive.
Judging by the other weird debug codes the drive is throwing out on other movies I'm leaving towards bad drive.

Thanks, but that doesn't seem reasonable if I'm able to rip other discs without any issues. When I've seen this happen before I've waited a bit until the codes have come out, and then everything worked fine. Been waiting a while for this and still no joy.

It is 100% reasonable it is different from what you are thinking the code is out it would not get to the ripping part without the code waiting is not going to fix it you need to figure out if it's a bad/ dirty disk or bad drive.
