Wow! thanks it seems to have worked well and now shows as XD06U, I noticed most of the drives in this group chat are showing a text line (Highest AACS version) this line is missing on my drive is this because I have never had a 4K UHD disc in this drive before?

I never paid attention to that. It will change as soon as you put a BD in it. Not necessarily an UHD.

Thanks for the info, I have actually never used this drive for anything but burning a couple of BD-R Data discs a few years ago, never had a Bluray movie in the drive so that will explain the lack of AACS info.

because i invested thousands of dollars in to the flasher, drives and lots of testing time
the other guy on here posting its free stole it and may have hacked it and is now turning the community ageist as he is pm's just about everyone
saying he will give it to them for free
i cant give something away for free i paid for guys it just does not work
