I hav been using this same drive since I started with UNRAID and MakeMKV in a docker. The other day I added an additional storage drive, and now MakeMKV doesn't recognize that it is present. UNRAID sees it, but MakeMKV doesn't even after a full reboot. I even removed MakeMKV and reinstalled thinking that adding the new drive somehow confused it and that a full reinstallation would enable it to see the difference and find the drive. Nope.
From the SCSI devices section of UNRAID's devices list (UHD disc inserted...):
