The SDF.bin(s) are in a compressed file _private_data.tar at the location C:/users/YOURUSERNAME/.Makemkv. If you find it you can open it with 7-zip and it should contain sdf_0000009c.bin as the last file item. If not, copy your downloaded SDF.bin to that location but if you have Internet access enabled for Makemkv it downloads the .tar file automatically. Make sure your firewall settings do not block the Internet access.
Check and report back.

I deleted the _private_data.tar on my folder.
I stopped MakeMKV, I unplugged the USB drive. I plug again the USB drive and run MakeMKV again
MakeMKV downloads the last version. In this new TAR, the last SDF is xxxx09c.BIN as expected.
However, I'm still unable to read the UltraHD BluRay Disk (I tested several discs) :
LibreDrive compatible drive is required to open this disc - video can't be decrypted.
'Erreur SCSI - ILLEGAL REQUEST:CANNOT WRITE MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT'
