Flash or update required for BD-RW BDR-XS07U

I'm trying to rip UHD disc but comes back with error's. I can however just rip standard Blu Rays only. My info is listed here:
I bought the drive but have not used it until today. I've not updated the firmware so it came like this.

This firmware is not UHD compatible. Any Pioneer firmware after 11/2022 is no good. You will have to wait for future support.
