PM sent. You need a Windows PC or VMWare under Linux. Not all VMs work.Frying-Tux wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 6:58 pmHi Coopervid! I too would like a PM with instructions to get my drive working. Thank you!

Re: BDR 212V UHD Guide
Hi, Coopervid! I think my previous message waiting in the moderation queue (I'm a new registrant) means you might have missed it, and I can't send PMs yet, so sorry if this is repeating a message you've already seen.
I recently picked up a BDR-212V as a backup when I heard Pioneer was getting out of the business, and I'd like to get it working with LibreDrive. I'd appreciate hearing from you!

Re: BDR 212V UHD Guide
Yet another one
I can mount the drive and see the directory structure. So the drive appears to work, and this disc works fine in other drives.
Do we expect to get makemkv to do anything with this drive in stock form? Or is the reflash required for all types of discs?
Just curious. When I put a DVD in the drive, makemkv just spins trying to load the disc.Drive Information
