Pioneer BDR-UD03 UHD possibility

I almost threw away a Verbatim drive with a faulty enclosure until I decided to open it and discovered it was a Pioneer UD03 inside. The manufacture date is 2011 on the sticker, but the firmware date is 2018.

So I would try my older Verbatim Pioneer.
Can you help me to unleash it for UHD?
