BD-RW BDR-XD05 - Read errors.

I have been using a BD-RW BDR-XD05 drive for 10 years with very few issues reading disks. I recently tried to rip Star Trek 4 - The Voyage Home remastered, and the drive will stop reading at about 10% of the progress. Any thoughts as to what the root cause might be? I pasted the drive data below. Thanks!

It would be more helpful if you pasted the log window so we can see what the actual errors you are getting are but to start with, you could try cleaning the disc with a microfiber cloth. Also, the drive is old, you may need to also try cleaning the lasers.
