I bought this a long time ago and I thought I gave it away, but was sitting in my basement collecting dust. It works just fine, but since I am ripping UHD's, I figured maybe this can work possibly if flashed right. I have no clue on flashing, but....would love to ask if anyone knows if this can be. Anyting would be appreciated. Here is the info I got from MakeMKV info:

Yes, it can be flashed. You can find instructions, tools, and firmware in the Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide
Re: LG Slim Portable UHD BP60NB10
The only thing I found concerning my drive is: BP60NB10 on any Firmware directly to > BP60NB10 1.02MK
I have firmware 1.02 currently. Does this just change it to 1.02MK and it becomes enabled to rip the UHD discs? The link above to download says it's Hybrid_Firmware_for_BP50NB40_to_BP60NB10. Not with just my BP60NB10. So not sure or understand it. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

That hybrid stuff is not relevant to yuor drive. Just flash it with BP60NB10 1.02-MK firmware then libredrive and UHD readability will be enabled.obitwan7 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 29, 2025 12:31 amThe only thing I found concerning my drive is: BP60NB10 on any Firmware directly to > BP60NB10 1.02MK
