Pioneer BDR-209UBK work with 4K UHD discs?

Will my Pioneer BDR-209UBK be able to read 4K UHD discs or does it need to be flashed? It works fine with Blu-ray Discs but I am thinking about upgrading my collect to 4K soon and was curious if I can keep using this drive or not. Thanks!

Thanks! Maybe I am good though with the way the drive is now since it has the original firmware? I guess I should buy my first 4K UHD disc and see what happens and then go from there. This is what Make MKV shows right now:

Interesting. I had a 209 for ages till it died. It was a good ripper but I didn't have any uhd back then.
It died one day a year or so ago and refused to talk to me after that.
