Sata to USB Adapters

I recently bought an Asus BW-16D1HT to backup my DVDs, Blu-Rays and UHD Blu-Rays. I have it hanging out the side of my case because I don’t have a 5.25“ drive slot. Because of that I want to buy an Sata to USB adapter but all the simple adapters from the guide are not available (anymore) in Germany. Are there any alternativ Adapters (not cases, these are to expensive)?
