BRUHD-PU3 Change Firmware From BU13 To BU10?

I was attempting to follow the big UHD friendly reader guide on the forum, and might have run into some issues when it comes to the firmware on my BRUHD-PU3. The one I got came with the BU13 firmware, and from what I've read on these forums, it seems like the latest people have been able to downgrade has been BU12 so far. So pretty much post title here, is there a way to change the Firmware from BU13 to BU10? Thank you for any help.

yeah BU13 to 1.03mk BU40N then to whatever you want in this case BU10.
remember to use enc for the first flash as BU13 is encrypted

Where is the 1.03 Firmware and what tool?
