I've never submitted a dump before but my app spit out a file called MKB20_v82_Speed_Racer_44CE.tgz. Is there somewhere that I should send this?

You mean emailing it to
svq@makemkv.com?
FWIW this disk has already been added to the public
KEYDB.cfg file too, so if you download this file, copy it into the same directory as MakeMKV wrote your dump into, and then restart MakeMKV then it should work.

Wow that was fast! I just got it delivered today and had it pre-ordered new key file works.
Just wrongly assumed I was the first at it.
