Do you mean you emailed the dump to svq@makemkv.com for processing so a HK can be added to MakeMKV's database?? If not, please do so.
It wasn't working for me earlier Monday afternoon (US Central TZ) after I had downloaded the most recent copy of the keydb.cfg. When it updated later Monday it finally worked. The public KeyDB already has a record for this disc.
If you are on Windows, it is best to use SamuraiHL's KeyDB helper tool. It will automatically download the latest KeyDB and put it in the MakeMKV data directory for you. When did the key get added? I've been having trouble the keydb.zip to download through Chrome but I'm certain it looked like I had the most recent at the time.
