Did you email your dump file to svq@makemkv.com for processing? Not doing so isn't going to help...
Did you create a post in the Public KeyDB Submissions thread with the required information so a key record could also be added to the KeyDB?
The public KeyDB is often faster. The MakeMKV hashed keys can take a week or two but still should be submitted.
