I've sent the tgz files for both 4K discs of the Ben Hur 4K steel book as well as the special features FHD Blu-Ray.

Using the current "keydb.cfg" I was able to rip the 4K discs.

Thanks for the update! The .tgz files for both 4K discs of the Ben Hur steelbook, as well as the FHD Blu-ray special features, have been successfully uploaded. Appreciate you taking the time to package and share everything — this will be really helpful.
