If this doesn't work, you'll need to email those TGZ dump files to svq@makemkv.com, and maybe also upload them into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then reply here with public download links.
Emailing it to svq@makemkv.com will allow MakeMKV to add your disk to its private "hashed keys" database at some (unknowable) point in the future.
