TMNT 1990 Arrow Crashing Plex

Hi,
Just wanted to gauge how many people are having issues with ripping to MKV and playing in Plex. It is crashing Windows and AppleTV and may be plex related.
I am trying other players but wanted to see if this is a Plex issue or Arrow Video isse.
