Can you also provide the MKB_RO.inf file from the disc as the one in your dump is only 1kb.

There is a partial record already in the KeyDB for your disc (DiscID: B1FD2000883BD67E4B6C63D7CB5D0A86DF67DBA4). It only contains the unit key so currently isn't supported in MakeMKV but you could use Xreveal or wait a little longer for someone to generate a complete record and update the KeyDB.
