Could you also upload this TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with a public download link? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public KEYDB file too.

Probably my firewall rules. I do have the latest (as in grabbed fresh today) copy of keydb.

Your disc isn't in the KeyDB. Ensure MakeMKV has internet access and try running MakeMKV through a VPN. That usually fixes the HK download issues.

Well, was either my pihole or my region blocking on my firewall, but a brief download later, it is now decrypting the disc.

Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
If the latest KEYDB.cfg file
still doesn't help you then could you upload your TGZ dump files into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive please, and then reply with public download links? This would allow people to try adding your disks to the public KEYDB.cfg file.
