HI all

Got the steel book today of Krull 4kuhd (in the uk) make mkv says it cant rip it, as the volume key is unknown. I dont do a lot of this ripping, so i dont understand how to fix. Can anyone help?

The correct process is to submit the dump file via email to svq@makemkv.com and wait a few days for a decryption key to be added to MakeMKV's hashed keys.

Additionally, if you would like to help the community and your dump was created using a Libredrive enabled non Pioneer drive, you can make a post in the Public KeyDB Submission thread, mentioning the name of the dump file, the drive used to create the dump and also provide a download link for the dump file once you have uploaded it to a hosting site somewhere (such as Google drive, one drive, MediaFire etc).
