Could you also upload this TGZ dump file into (say) OneDrive or Google Drive, and then reply with a public download link please? This would allow people to try adding your disk to the public
KEYDB.cfg file too.

Thanks for this. Could you also upload the (zip-compressed!)
AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside the TGZ dump file has been truncated to only 56 bytes, which makes it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV itself.
Note that the full
MKB_RO.inf file could be too big to attach here, and so it would be better to upload it as a ZIP file into a file host such as Google Drive or OneDrive.
