You appear to have created this dump using a Verbatim 43888 drive containing a Pioneer BDR-UD04 device. Would you also happen to have access to a non-Pioneer UHD drive please? Your particular Verbatim creates dumps that are only really usable by MakeMKV itself, and not by KEYDB.

Sadly i dont have any other drive. This is the only one i have.

So long as you have also emailed your dump file to svq@makemkv.com, MakeMKV will still be able to decrypt your disk.

The problem is that it goes straight to the begin screen and i won’t have option to select options. The blu-ray disc works perfectly
