Fallout Series Disc 3 dump

Good evening 2/3 discs were able to be ripped fine. The last disk 3 is unable to be ripped. Dump below

Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
