Hey Liersi, thanks for providing a suitable disc dump file. The 298E variant of Hard Target has been added to the public keydb.

If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
