Could you also make your TGZ dump file available here please, either as an attachment or via a download link? This would allow The Powers That KEYDB to try to help you too.

And could you also provide the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file (zip compressed) from your physical UHD disk, because the copy of this file inside the TGZ dump file has probably been truncated to only 56 bytes, making it unusable to anyone except MakeMKV .
