Could you also make this TGZ dump file available here please, either as an attachment or via a download link? This would allow The Powers That KEYDB to try to support your disk too.

The latest KeyDB contains a record for this disc that includes the VUK. If MakeMKV hasn't yet updated the HK for this disc, you could download the KeyDB and put it in the MakeMKV data directory (where the TGZ dumps are generated) and you should be able ot rip it.
