I have sent the Dump File to svq@makemkv.com yesterday, please help me to support this disc, thank you very much~

The latest KeyDB contains a record for this disc that includes the VUK. If you don't want to wait for MakeMKV's HK suport, download it and put it in the MakeMKV data directory (where the TGZ dumps are generated) and you should be able to rip it.
