Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?
Failing that, could you also provide your TGZ dump file here please, either as an attachment or via a download link? This would allow The Powers That KEYDB to try to help you too.
