I've never done this before. I have these tgz generated for the newly released Sean Connery/James Bond 6-film Collection. Do I still need to email them to
svq@makemkv.com or is it okay here?

Records for all 3 of these discs are in the latest KeyDB file. If you download it and put it in the MakeMKV data directory (where the dumps are) you should be able to rip them.

Thank you. I had trouble emailing more than 1 dump per email, but I did email them.
Also, I have a dumb question. I was able to rip each disc by using the keydb update thing from the SamuriHL utility. Just checking, but is that a separate/alternate database than what "comes with" MakeMKV? I'm still not exactly sure how it works, but a couple days ago, after validating the disc in SamuriHL, I was able to rip them in MakeMKV.

The KEYDB is an independent public database that MakeMKV can fall back upon (if available), should it not find a key within its own private "hashed keys" database. You need to install and update KEYDB yourself, whereas MakeMKV updates its own database automatically.

Right. My utility uses findvuk under the covers to sync the keydb and then copies it to your makemkv data directory automatically to ensure you have the latest keys available.

Ah I just emailed the dumps for all six of these films without seeing someone had done so yesterday.
But it seems this person only submitted three of the six films so hopefully it was still helpful.

Did anybody get the James Bond movies backed up? I can't seem to get it to work on Windows 11...
- It is working, now. Sorry about that...

Can you also make this TGZ dump file available here please, e.g. by uploading it into OneDrive or Google Drive and then providing a download link? This could help people add your disk to the public
KEYDB.cfg file too.

I don't have those services.
I will attach it here
Edit: It's doesn't seem to be letting me attach them here possibly due to the size
