MKB20_v77_What_Lies_Beneath_8C52.tgz
Submitted it to svq.
Bit weird as it seems to be in keydb.cfg already. But for some reason, it can't be decrypted.
P.S.: first post, yay! Tons of useful information here in the forum, helped me a lot.

That would usually suggest that the entry in KEYDB.cfg does not contain a "| V |" field, i.e. the disk's Volume Unique Key (VUK). Would you happen to have access to a
non-Pioneer UHD drive please? Perhaps that would allow The Powers That KEYDB to help further?
You might also find
SamuriHL's tool useful

No, I only have 2 Pioneer drives, one of them not LibreDrive ready.

OK fair enough. If you're a Windows user then you might be able to use
Xreveal with KEYDB.cfg to decrypt your disk. The alternative would be either waiting for someone else to provide the missing information, or waiting for MakeMKV to process your dump file.
It's also possible that your second Pioneer might start supporting LibreDrive, but I would definitely expect one of the other two alternatives to happen first
