New user trying to decrypt a number of 4K UHD blurays, all give "unknown volume key"

I have reported all of these to "
svq@makemkv.com". However, it's suspicious that none of these worked. They're a cross-section of mainstream and more "boutique" titles across a variety of vendors:
- 88 Films "Hell of the Living Dead" 4K UHD
Scream Factory "John Carpenter's Vampires" 4K UHD
Kino Lorber "Stephen King's Graveyard Shift" 4K UHD
Criterion Collection "Godzilla vs. Biollante" 4K UHD
Severin's "Rats Night of Terror" 4K UHD
Vinegar Syndrome's "Brimstone & Treacle" 4K UHD
Universal's "Nosferatu (2024)" 4K UHD
Blue Underground's "Venom" 4K UHD
Paramount's "Smile 2" 4K UHD
I believe I have the firmware flashed properly for my LG BP50NB40 (firmware is BP60NB10 1.00). Everything looks like it's working correctly, but I didn't expect to encounter "unknown volume key" for _every_ disc I tried.

Update: I finally found a UHD disc that worked. I was able to successfully rip Sony/Columbia Picture's "2012" UHD blu-ray. So I guess it must be pretty commonplace that movies' keys are not yet available. Hopefully in a few days the titles below will work as well?

Yes, but all you need to do is email the TGZ dump file that MakeMKV creates to
svq@makemkv.com and then wait for its key to be generated. While you're waiting, you can also try posting those same TGZ dump files here so that The Powers That KEYDB can examine them too.
You can download the
KEYDB.cfg file, copy it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restart MakeMKV. This will allow MakeMKV to use your KEYDB.cfg file as a "fallback" database.

7 of your 9 titles are already supported by the public keydb. Until MakeMKV supports your discs natively you can backup your discs by following my instructions
here or using SamuriHL's utility for Windows (
Link)
Your two problematic titles are MKB20_v77_VENOM_D16B and MKB20_v77_RATS_NIGHT_OF_TERROR_UHD_0EE3. Could you please zip and attach the MKB_RO.inf files from these two discs to the forum? You'll find this file in the AACS folder on each disc and it is a distinct file for each title.
