When MakeMKV produces a dump file, it lists where it creates the file in the log section on the bottom of the screen.

I already closed the program 3 days ago when Tombstone 4k U.S. release failed to rip. I didn't want to spend almost an hour to produce another dump file location & thought I just could be told where the location is SMH.

MakeMKV produces a dump file when it can't decrypt a disc. This happens at the beginning of a rip. If you're experiencing a failure after it has been ripping for an hour, it isn't a decryption failure that will produce a dump.
I would even speculate that the suggestion for the rip failure would be to gently clean the disc and try again, even if the disc is brand new.

You don't need to produce another dump .Just start MakeMKV, go to its "View/Preferences/General" tab, and look at its "data directory" field.

Thank you MrPenguin for being so kind as to direct me to the dump file location, I appreciate it. So as to my Tombstone 4k U.S. version progress update. I have cleaned the disk approx. 23 times and had given up to be honest. One last time I buffed the @#$% out of the disk creating heat & even slightly bending it as I pressed and cleaned it with a cleaner solution that I have. Tossed it one final time into my drive and holy #%$@ it passed the area it couldn't read and completed the rip! I am so happy and grateful to those that were helpful to me.
