You need to email that TGZ dump file to svq@makemkv.com so that The Powers That MakeMKV can add your disk to MakeMKV's "hashed keys" database.

Having said that, also attaching your dump file here potentially allows The Powers That KEYDB to add your disk to the public KEYDB.cfg file too. Have you tried downloading the KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMVK's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV? This often helps... ;).

Thanks for the reply, I did update my keydb file first as I saw someone had already submitted regarding dirty harry (but the version was different to mine)

I've also emailed as I saw a thread explaining that to someone after I posted.

So I think I've covered my bases :D

Thanks for the reply

But have you checked the KEYDB file again after providing this TGZ dump file?

They KeyDB is constantly being updated. This is one of the main reasons I created the KeyDB Helper so that there's an easy way to use FindVUK to synchronize the KeyDB and copy it to the MakeMKV data directory automatically with the press of a button. Using the Disc Info button in KeyDB Helper can also let you know for certain if your disc is in there or not and whether it contains information required to work with MakeMKV.
