Before anyone ask.
Yes i placed the KEYDB.CFG in my C:\Users\USERNAME\.MakeMKV
yes i've tried restarting MakeMKV.
Not sure what's going on.

Could you also make your TGZ dump file available here please, either as an attachment or by providing a download link? This
might allow The Powers That KEYDB to add your disk to the KEYDB.cfg file, and then copying this file into your
C:\Users\USERNAME\.MakeMKV directory (and restarting MakeMKV) might help you
.

. Could you also provide a ZIP containing the
AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical UHD disk please? The copy of this file inside the TGZ dump file has been truncated to 56 bytes, which means it's unusable
.
(The MKB_RO.inf file is likely to be
big, which means you will need to ZIP-compress it.)

Thanks for providing the dump file and full MKB_RO file.
The complete entry for the 07C3 variant of
Ne Zha has been added to the public keydb. Update your local keydb.cfg file and MakeMKV will be able to decrypt your disc.
