Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I have not. This is the new steelbook release. As both movies I submitted were new releases, I assumed they are not in the DB yet.

Not necessarily an assumption you can make. Additionally attaching the dump or linking to it might allow someone to add it to the KeyDB if it's not there.
