Thank you for providing a suitable disc dump file. As dcoke22 mentioned, it would great if you could email that disc dump file to the MakeMKV team so that native support is eventually possible.

Until such time, the 7C78 variant of King of New York has been added to the public keydb.

If you haven't previously configured MakeMKV to utilise the public keydb you can follow my instructions here or use SamuriHL's utility for Windows (Link)
