I saw a thread where Migration came up, and the submitted tar? But no one had commented on this problem.

In my 4k UHD Migration bluray. When opened up, there are maybe 15 titles and then another bunch of files. There isn't an exact match between the two. So I have no idea what to pull out for a MKV?

There is a single large file, but I wasn't sure if would contain the other bonus elements?

Any advice for other who have had Migration? As it wasn't hundreds, i thought this was different then Lionsgate discs?

The single large file is almost assuredly just the film.
