Hi all, first time here.

Purchased the Italian 4K of Nosferatu (2024) and it was impossible to open + created a dump file that I've sent to the email in FAQs, and since I've seen that it usually gets reported in the forum I've created an account to help too.
Please let me know if I've missed something.

That image won't help in making a complete entry for the keydb that MakeMKV can use unfortunately. You don't happen to have another drive you can use, do you?
