I have a problem with these two movies, UHD Untouched ,my TV tells me “audio not supported”. If you're going to tell me to try AC3 tracks, I know, I've already tried. It doesn't work on TV

My other movies work perfectly, thank you for help

I guess I'm not sure what you're asking.

Did you try to rip these movies with MakeMKV? And did you encounter a problem?

According to the blu-ray.com entry for these movies, they only have DTS-HD audio. Does however you're trying to play these movies have support for DTS audio?

Sorry I didn't explain well.
I tried to rip with HandBreak, of course I changed the audio tracks to AC3 640kbs and 48hz as I usually do.
But both the untouched file and the rip file give me the same problem "Track audio not supported" and the film starts without audio.
With other films never had any problem, even recent movies.

The strange thing, that I when I run a rip on handbreak, I always test a small portion of video (about 2 minutes), and in this test my tv Runs those two minutes with audio perfectly, but when I rip the whole film, I have the same problem as the untouched file "track audio not supported".

Smart TVs are dumb junk get a real media player like a PC hooked up to a tv or a Nvidia shield

You could probably make it work on your TV a PCM but not worth the effort

If you want, write me what I have to do, I'll try. Can I do with handbreak? I have better confidence with this program

You're using player software running on your TV to play a .mkv file? What audio codecs does the TV/player support? For instance, recent Samsung TVs famously do not support DTS audio.

When you use Handbrake to convert the audio to AC3, what happens if you leave the Sample Rate set to auto instead of forcing it to 48?

Billycar11 is probably right, LPCM audio would probably work. However, I think you'd have to use ffmpeg to convert the audio; I don't think Handbrake can do it.

A dedicated home theater PC, or a streaming box like an Nvidia Shield, AppleTV, Roku, etc coupled with something like a Plex server might make your life easier.
