Purchased from Gruv in Jan 2025, Oceans 11 and 13 fail to decrypt, 12 worked fine.

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

I just tried this. Same result.

Code: Select all

MakeMKV v1.17.8 win(x64-release) started
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=64754CF46FCA)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\dyaus/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v77_Ocean's_Thirteen_6448.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

KEYDB is a public database, and is populated by submissions from people who own copies of these disks. Your MakeMKV dumps might help people here add those disks for you, if you can make them available somehow? E.g. uploading them here as attachments, or links to (say) Google Drive or OneDrive?

I uploaded these two dumps to Google Drive here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... drive_link

Will remove in a week or two

Sorry, I'm relatively new to the participation side of the forum and don't think I was clear enough. My dump filenames match OP's and I didn't want to duplicate requests. Should I go ahead and include them?

Thank you providing suitable disc dump files. The 3874 variant of Ocean's Eleven and the 6448 variant of Ocean's Thirteen have been added to the public keydb.

If you haven't previously configured the public keydb you can follow my instructions here. If you are already utilising the public keydb, re-download it or sync with FindVUK to get the latest keys. Remember, MakeMKV will eventually provide native support for these particular discs but it might take several days or weeks. Until that time the public keydb is a neat option.

This has now been resolved natively on MakeMKV. Thank you again for submitting!
