Kong Skull Island Volume Key is Unknown

MakeMKV won't open the Kong Skull Island UHD. Says that the volume key is unknown and can't open the disc. I am not having problems with ripping any other discs.
I submitted three separate dump files starting on November 19th and I am still getting the error. Hoping someone sees this and looks into them.
Thanks!

Hopefully you've seen the
UHD FAQ.
Hopefully you're
not getting a "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed" message.

Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

Nope. Would have troubleshooted that issue if I was. I am able to rip the latest movies, just not this one.

Just tried that. Didn't help. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I had a similar issue and clicked your link. Since it points to a http site and not https, it's possible it was blocked by my firewall. Downloaded it manually and dropped it in the .MakeMKV folder and now Blade Runner Final Cut rips as intended.
Just leaving this here for others who may have wondered why the keydb.cfg never turned up even though they had internet access enabled.

Great to hear you were able to backup your disc. Just to be clear, MakeMKV does not download the public keydb.cfg file. It is able to utilise the public keydb, but users are required to download the keydb file themselves.
MakeMKV will automatically try to download its own proprietary "hashed key" file in order to support UHD discs but this is distinct from the public file. The server which hosts the native "hashed key" file is coincidentally blocked by a number of ISPs, so that may have contributed to your initial issue even though it is distinct from the HTTPS issue you observed.
