Have you tried downloading the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

To the best of my knowledge, I have, yes. Unless the data I have is no good... I've followed the instructions out there to acquire and put that file in place.
